Coming down the court with fast speed and quick moves,
Sergio, a freshman starter, drives the ball to the basket
manuevering through the Kentucky Christian defenders,
and he scores! From the start of the jump ball to the final
second, the team played together which resulted in a win
of 81 -67. Another impressive game was the victory against
Pensacola Christian College on the home court.
With many new players, the team had to learn
quickly to play as a team. Many students loved the fact
that Raheen, all regional MVP, left Southeastern Collete
116 and came to Clearwater. Even though there are many new
players to the team, there are several seniors graduating.
Senior Mark MacFawn said, “Winning both regionals and
nationals would make a good ending to my four-year col
lege basketball career.”

strong guidance and training. I learned life
lessons from him as well,” Josh Braemer said.
Coach Wubbena met one on one with his
players asking questions about their devo

classes. Guiding his team in the right direc
