Ron will long be remembered at Moses
Brown under the following aliases: Karl
Karate, Frenzy Ferrari, and Sam Switcher.
A gay blade from way back, Ron has recently
given up karate for piano—piano strings,
that is! (Don’t choke on it.) As if to defy the
reports that he makes books and reads lewd
magazines, Ron has dated many of Lincoln's
Downright nice girls but has usually come
out complaining that they were all
pills. Ron is also known for his flashy,
fleshy, shoehorn wardrobe; in fact it is
reputed to be "hot material.” He and Ed
Ricci, sopping good friends, often are seen
racing their hot rods away from the gates at
2:45. It seems that the only teacher who
isn’t sour on Ron is Doc; the two became
close because of a mutual interest in Spanish
and flying Who knows, next year Doc may
even place Ronnie as a good bet on "track!”
JAMES FREDERICK ELDRIDGE
10 Forest View Dr., Cumberland, R.I.
FORM III: Soccer, Winter Track, Manager Spring Track.
FORM IV: Soccer, Winter Track, Manager of Tennis.
FORM V: Soccer, Manager of Baseball, Winter Track.
FORM VI: Football, Retired Managers Club, Manager of Baseball.
There is not much we can say about Jim
that is good; on the other hand, it is just
as hard to find something bad to say about
him. Jim first came to M.B. in the sixth
grade. His favorite class is Spanish, despite
Doc’s efforts to convince him otherwise.
Jim’s collection of varsity and junior varsity
letters attests to his versatility as a manager.
Although he did not get a letter for his
efforts on the football team this year, varsity
football and varsity tennis managers’ letters
look the same anyway. Jim isn’t one of the
top ten in the class scholastically; but anyone
who has tried to get a response from him
while he is studying realizes his tremendous
powers of concentration. We all know that
Jim will not be able to leave M.B. as in
conspicuously as he entered—unless, of
course, he trades in a certain yellow
R.l.W.W. truck.
