Porous George Bentley is one of the few
two-sport goalies ever to come to Moses
Brown; the only regret his teammates in
soccer have is that he uses his lightning
hockey foot save to no avail. The "Dog,”
between school work and goaltending, finds
time to fly high. It is rumored that he and
Jo-Jo Ladd were abortive Kamikaze pilots;
and George, unable to face the sacrifice of a
great physique, jumped the fence to try for
his U.S. license. George should be a great
businessman when he gets to B.U. Just ask
any of the penniless boys in his car pool;
But George held back on his business this
year so that he could give it all to Nancy
next year at B.U. Knowing George, we’re
sure he won’t dog it.

There is probably only one distinction
which Denise will be remembered for: his
long hair. Like most other Spanish students,
Dennis is a stalwart member of Doc’s track
teams. During the last cross country season
Dennis tried to cut down wind resistance and
his time by not wearing shorts; but Doc
discouraged him. How can we ever forget
his stories of his long distance telephone
calls to his girl in Wisconsin and of his
stupendous drag races in his Volkswagen
bus? Dennis hasn’t distinguished himself,
however, in school work; but who cares?
Certainly not Dennis, for he is already in
Brown; just ask his Pembroke friend down
at Jenkins! When we meet Dennis years
from now we will probably see a mass of
long, blond hair sitting in some obscure
Chinese restaurant.
