PREPARING TO SERVE
CHRIST THROUGH
Clearwater is a liberal arts college. There is a vari
ety of majors offered that prepare people for the
workplace, but the college also has a strong Bible
faculty whose goal is to equip spiritual leaders for
the future. Aaron Freeman, a pastoral studies
major, said, “I know that I am to serve God fully
in a church someday. Through my years at Clear
water, God has grounded me in His Word and
given me a great focus on ministry.”
The students understand that God has a pur
pose for them in ministry, and trusting in Him is
the key. Matthew Fisher said, “I believe that my
role in God’s work is to faithfully preach and live
the Gospel and all that flows from the Gospel
wherever God directs me. For this reason I chose
to major in Biblical studies.”
The Bible faculty prepares the students with
the right focus before they go out into the world
as church leaders and preachers. Understanding

With the proper focus, Bible students are com
