Varsity Choir at RHS is a class
not a club. It was held everyday.
Three or four performances were
given a year and there was also one
contest on April 23 at Millard South.
Performances were held at the
beginning of the year, Christmas

high school in the theater in the
evening.
The Varsity Choir sang mainly
gospel music. “ The songs
were all o k,” said Jennie

The equipment bought from these
fundraisers were speakers and
microphones.
Concert Choir was an all-girls
choir, which was the most liked
aspect by Joy Shirley. They gave a
fall performance, a Christmas per
formance, and they also competed
in a contest. The practice seemed
to get really intense right before a
performance, but the hard work
was given all year long.
Joy said the reason for her
joining the Concert Choir was that
