Men’s Greeks is another way for all the guys to get
to know one another. The Greeks participate in activities
such as intramural sports, community service projects, and
tournaments such as dodge ball and flag football. More
importantly, the Greeks gather together for meetings where they fellowship and worship
through song and testimony. The semester began with Greek Rush where all the new
incoming freshman signed up for a Greek. The Rush included skits and bribes from all
of the Greeks. Then there was a mad dash where the freshman were able to the sign up
for the Greek of their choice.
The Greek activities included Pi Alpha Kappa's three-on-three basketball tourna
ment and Sigma Gamma Chi’s flag football tournament. Greek intramurals were exciting
as well. Volleyball was a very intense competition with Sigma Kappa Delta winning the
championship.
Alpha Delta Sigma was very active in helping Team Mexico raise funds for their
trip. They sponsored fund-raisers such as several car washes and the Murder Mystery
Night activity.
