aDVerse eFFects Hypersensitivity reactions, interstitial nephritis.

Antipseudomonal
penicillins Piperacillin, ticarcillin.
mecHaNism Same as penicillin. Extended spectrum. Penicillinase sensitive; use with β-lactamase inhibitors.
cliNical Use Pseudomonas spp. and gram ⊝ rods.
