THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON I KNOW

The most influential person I know is my mother. She is the most hard working and laborious lady I

know. Though she is a government employee and also has to do house hold works but still takes out

time for me. She is my first teacher. I held her hand and learnt to stand on my feet for the first time in

my life. She still helps me in my studies and teaches me good values. I have never seen her giving up

no matter how difficult the situation is.

She works diligently and even after a strenuous day she often says that she’s physically tired and not
mentally exhausted. Whenever she’s ill and isn’t allowed to travel for work, she doesn’t take rest and

says that her illness cannot stop her from working. She’s very industrious. Whenever I blame destiny

for my failures, she tells me that destiny is never readymade, we write our own destiny. If you aim

that you have to gain success, nobody can stop you, not even God. She’s my best friend. Her

teachings and values always inspire me. I have never seen her complaining about anything in life.

She has a smiling disposition and is full of optimism. She doesn’t believe in talking about anything

negative. She is my ideal in life and inspires me the most. I love her to the core.
