               Overview:
This lesson plan will focus on an introduction to interviewing. Students will turn in their job ideas. The
instructor will begin the lesson by asking the students who has gone through the interview process
before. The class will discuss the process of applying for jobs. They will learn the importance of
interviews, etiquette, and the basic steps and techniques for preparing for and having a successful
               interview.

Two guests will be chosen to be interviewed by the instructor. One guest will be another teacher from
the school and portray the incorrect way to prepare and present themselves during an interview. The
other guest will be a Skype interview with a business professional in the community. This guest will
portray the correct way to prepare and present themselves during an interview. Each interview will be
               approximately 10 minutes.

Students will be assigned to take notes during each interview and identify what each interviewee did
correct and incorrect. Students will have until the next class to complete their reflection by analyzing
