hence will damage the fibre. On the other hand, [G/F]3G created minor ply splitting as

                   depicted in    Figure  4.30(b). These kind of  failure images possible to  describe the
                   weakness  of  [G/B]3G  and [G/F]3G  in  resisting  impact  loading in  comparison with

                   G2/B3/G2 and G2/F3/G2. However, E-glass/flax recorded the highest specific energy
                   absorption than the other hybrid composites. The advantages of this combination can

                   be clearly seen with minor surface cracks or damages as illustrated in Figure 4.31. As
                   a result, it can be concluded that the formation of hybrid composite between E-glass

                   and  flax  fibres  with  epoxy  resin  shows  a  good  surficial  adhesion  and  it  would

                   potentially to be used in composite industry.
