Café Calla
Elegant spot to relax along the Rhône
The Mandarin Oriental Geneva opens a new
luxury café concept in the heart of the city.
Café Calla, with its easy-going, chic atmos-
healthy drinks. Nasser Jeffane expertly creates
‘filets de perche meunière’ from Lake Leman, crea-
med spinach, saffron rice paella and crab ravioli
with yuzu, an Asian citrus fruit. You will also find
plenty of lighter dishes made from locally-sour-
phere, can comfortably accommodate up to
120 people, including a private table for ten
guests and a Parisian-style terrace for 34. The
restaurant is run by chef Nasser Jeffane, formerly
under the notable French ced ingredients. Café Calla also offers a three-
chef, Thierry Marx, follo- course business lunch, “Lunch in 55 minutes at 55
wed by a spell as sous- francs”. A selection of fine cheeses is available in
