Stephane Menkes and Laurent Cadot, owners
of Misuji and Paku Paku launched this 100%
vegetarian restaurant in the heart of the Eaux-
Vives neighbourhood. It focuses on vegetarian
dishes but that’s not all that you’ll find here.
Their main aim is to ensure that absolutely eve-
rything looks irresistible and tastes delicious.
The challenge of providing an appealing and
tasty range of dishes, rather than boringly vege-
tarian in the classic sense of the word, has been
a total success, that’s for sure!
