GASTRONOMIE

Great Dining, Brasserie Most

a taste of Moscow and France

A Parisian brasserie in the heart of
       Moscow. Chic and welcoming décor.
Attentive service. A fantastic location in the
Kuznetsky Most, one of the best-known streets
and pedestrian zones in the city, and a pave-
ment terrace. Last but not least, the home of
really good food!

The Most, one of Moscow’s legendary eate-
ries, is a must (excuse the wordplay). The rea-
son for this is its wonderful reputation for fine
dining, and the crowd that hangs out there. It
has recently been totally refurbished along the
lines of a French brasserie and it’s a lively and

cool place where locals, and Moscow’s visitors,
can meet. Its golden Baroque décor has been
given a modern twist with huge mirrored walls,
red leather banquettes and contemporary fur-
niture. As for the menu, that’s also had a rede-
sign. The mouth-watering menu, written in
mystical Cyrillic typeface, confidently boasts a
range of typical French regional cooking: confits
