                                                  Happy  Spring  to  everyone  in  the  Northern  Hemisphere  and
        Happy Autumn to those down-under.  I hope your seasons will be mild.

        Welcome to the 8  issue of the ESA IC News Bulletin.  Only 3 more to go and we will be
                             th
        preparing for a new year with all the festivities going in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.  I’m looking
        forward  to  seeing  my  sisters  and  brothers  at  my  2   convention,  but  have  to  say,  not

        looking forward to the 100+ degrees (38 C).

        As I stated previously, this is the 8  issue out of 11 and I am a bit perplexed with the findings that some
                                            th
        of our members still have never seen an issue of the Bulletin. I would like to go over the process again
        in hopes that this may be addressed within your state.

        First of all, please be sure to  check your email addresses frequently for  they do tend  to change
        throughout the year. And if your email has changed, be sure to report that to IC.

        The Bulletin is emailed out on or before the 1  of every month. I send it out to the following recipients:

        Executive,  Appointed,  and  ESAF  boards,  HQ,  State  Presidents  and  State  Newsletter  Editors.    It  is
                                                                 intended that the State Presidents and Editors will
                                                                 forward the News Bulletin to their members within
                                                                 their  state.  If  this  isn’t  happening,  please  begin
                                                                 doing so.  There is a lot of important information
                                                                 within the Bulletin that should be communicated
                                                                 with each and every member.

                                                                 This Bulletin is a great tool to communicate with
                                                                 your members and to keep them abreast of not
                                                                 only  reports,  duties  and  responsibilities,  but
                                                                 building friendships throughout the organization.

                                                                 To make it even easier, I have created the ESA IC
                                                                 News  Bulletin  website  which  should  have  been
                                                                 passed  to  your  members  so  they  can  not  only
                                                                 read the news from IC, but can enjoy news from
                                                                 other states.  Of course, the International website
                                                                 has  the  News  Bulletins,  as  well.    Please  forward
                                                                 these links to ALL of your members.

                                                                 If  there  is  any  other  way  you  could  suggest  to
                                                                 getting  this  information  out  to  every  member,
                                                                 please don’t hesitate to contact me and share
                                                                 your ideas.
