school on the right is small.

o The one on the left is bigger than the other one the right. It is not
as big as this one. It is smaller than this one.

o In both school there are trees. But, there are more trees here and
fewer trees here. It is greener than this one. It is less green than
this one.

o This one is cleaner than this one. It is dirtier. It is not as clean as
this one.

o This one looks nicer. This is less nice, not as nice as this one.

o This one is more neat than this one. This one is not as neat as this
one.This one is less neat than this one.

o The students and the teacher are closer to each other. The people
here are not as close to each other as the people here. They are
far from each other.

Sebutkan setiap kalimat secara jelas, jangan terlalu cepat, dan
berulang-ulang, terutama ketika mengucapkan kata kuncinya. Kalau perlu
dengan menggunakan bantuan bahasa Indonesia ‘lebih’ dan ‘paling’. Ajak
dan bimbing peserta didik untuk langsung ikut menirukan Anda. Ini baru
pengenalan, sehingga fokus baru pada ‘isi makna’. Jangan menjelaskan
apapun tentangstruktur gramatikanya.
