                 -  Setelah peserta didik memiliki sedikit pemahaman tentang perlunya
                   kemampuan memaparkan peristiwa, kejadian, kegiatan, guru  dapat
                   langsung menyebutkan tujuan pembelajaran dalam bab ini. Misalnya,


                     -   Look, everybody. It is written here that we are going to learn to
                         ... (peserta didik diminta untuk membaca bersama guru tujuan
                         yang tertera di halaman tersebut) ... to give an account of events
                         and activities. We will learn how someone has won something,
                         why someone was late to school, someone’s experience  making
                         something he is  proud of, ... (peserta didik  melanjutkan
                         menyebutkan yang lain-lain)
                     -   What for? What do we tell our experience for? What do we tell
                         what we did to win the first prize for? Yes, we tell what you did
                         in details in a good order. We tell our experience because we want
                         ... (peserta didik diminta untuk membaca bersama guru tujuan
                         yang tertera di halaman tersebut) ... just to share it with others, to
                         show your pride of it, for you to learn from it, and to report it to
                         your teacher or friends.


                 Kegiatan Mengamati dan Menanya


                     Kegiatan Mengamati dan Menanya diintegrasikan karena keduanya
                 saling mendukung: pada saat pengataman peserta didik akan menemui
                 banyak hal-hal baru sehingga perlu diberi kesempatan untuk menanya.
                 Sebaliknya, dengan menanya, peserta didik akan mendapatkan jawaban
                 dan balikan, sehingga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas
                 pengamatan. Untuk melaksanakan tahap ini, gunakan Teknik Mengamati
                 dan teknik Menanya secara terintegrasi.


                     Gunakan teknik ‘Mengamati’, ‘Fokus Pengamatan’, dan ‘Menanya’
                 yang ada di bagian Petunjuk Pengarah.
