                        HiGene™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit For Microorganisms is a column type kit that can extract high-quality genomic DNA from
                        gram-positive/negative bacterium, yeast and fungus. The kit includes a BioFACT™ grinding bead tube for e cient dissolution.
                        Additional enzymes such as high-concentration lyticase or lysozyme are unnecessary except proteinase K and genomic DNA can
                        be extracted easily and quickly using a general vortex mixer.
