Direct PCR System for Multiple PCR Reactions from a Single Sample

SimpleWay™ gDNA Prep & PCR Set is composed of prep kit for genomic DNA isolation through simple pretreatment step and master mix
for PCR ampli cation. SimpleWay™ gDNA Prep Set is designed to prepare pure genomic DNA simply and quickly from various samples
using boiling method. Furthermore, included PCR Master Mix is a specially engineered Hot Start enzyme to exhibit high resistance to
many PCR inhibitors for direct PCR and it is highly suitable for ampli cation of less than 1kb DNA fragments. SimpleWay™ gDNA Prep &
PCR Set minimizes the handling error by using a single bu er and multiple PCR reactions can be performed from a single sample through
the kit.
