Isothermal Amplification
Description
Isothermal ampli cation method is a simple process that rapidly and e ciently accumulates nucleic acid sequences at constant tem-
perature, compared with PCR. LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal ampli cation) is a technique for rapid and speci c ampli cation of
DNA based on a sophisticated primer design that allows the detection of a target gene within 30-60 minutes, at 65°C. BioFACT™ Bst
DNA Polymerase applicable to LAMP PCR is isolated from Bacillus stearothermophilus and it has strand-displacing 5′-3′ polymerase
activity but no 5' to 3' exonuclease activity.
Application
• Loop-mediated isothermal ampli cation(LAMP) • Whole genome ampli cation
• Isothermal ampli cation • RT-LAMP
