DNA-Free System o ers minimized risk of DNA contamination in the enzyme while maintaining the performance speci cations associated Hot Start
technology. DNA-free system uses BIOFACT DNA-Free Taq Polymerase which is highly puri ed recombinant enzyme that removes 99.9% of bacterial
host (E. Coli) DNA contamination through our own puri cation technology. It is especially useful for 16S and 23S rDNA gene ampli cation, sequencing
and cloning as well as for all regular applications, including PCR and primer extension. BIOFACT DNA-Free Taq Polymerase is also highly suitable for
molecular diagnostics through its high-quality.
