3X Faster than Standard One-step RT-qPCR

FastFACT™ 2X qRT-PCR Master Mix (For Probe) is designed to shorten the time so that One-step RT-qPCR step can be done in 40
minutes instead of over 2 hours when using standard qRT-PCR step. Enzyme and bu er of it is optimized for Fast qRT-PCR ampli-
cation by signi cantly reducing each PCR step (denaturation, annealing and extension time). Multiple probes can be detected
through its Multiplex ampli cation technology.
