               Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to add value to crops that do not use them, study the method of
producing shockproof case from rubber and pineapple fibers mixing for packaging into boxes,
qualifications (Ductile Materials), to apply materials that are used in the community to benefit. Studying
the effects of ZnO and S in rubber cushioning and pineapple fibers. The process of making a shockproof,
the study process can be divided into sections. Step 1 Preparation of pineapple leaf fibers to separate
pineapple leaves from the leaves by boiling in water mixed with sodium hydroxide. Part 2 Preparation
of rubber to repel moisture and not allowing the rubber to become clumped. Part 3 Making a shockproof
is the introduction of materials for making shockproof mix according to the steps of the
shockproof. Part 4 Testing the strength of the shockproof.
