• All foods and beverages must be appropriately packed
and handed to the Passenger Assistants who in turn will
hand the item/s to a member of staff at your child’s school
                or centre.

             • All vehicles are fitted with appropriate straps or clamps for
harnesses and/or wheelchair restraints to safely transport
                passengers.

             • If your child’s wheelchair or buggy has a faulty fixture or
fitting and cannot be transferred safely, we will not
transport your child unless an alternative or appropriate
                replacement is available.

             • If your child’s wheelchair or buggy is not ‘crash tested’
you must ensure this is done before transport provision
commences. Please contact the Wheelchair Clinic at St
                Ann’s Hospital for further information on 020 8702 3000.

             • The Passenger Assistant will be responsible for the well
being of the passengers on board and thus, will be sitting
in a central or identified position to supervise all the
                passengers.

             • The Driver cannot leave the vehicle unattended. They
are responsible for the supervision of the children on
board while the Passenger Assistant is off the vehicle.
However, the driver may leave the vehicle to operate the
                tail lift for wheelchair users.

             • We shall notify you and/or school if your child is unwell
