PERMISSION FOR YOUR CHILD TO ENTER HOME WITH HIS/HER
OWN KEYS

If you consider your child to be responsible enough to be
allowed to enter your home with his/her own keys, you must
provide written consent to the Transport Team.

Please be aware this will not be allowed without written consent.
If we have any concerns, we reserve the right not to comply with
the written agreement and will endeavour to raise and resolve
any concerns with you.

BEHAVIOUR AGREEMENTS

Any unacceptable behaviour by your child whilst on board
transport will be reported to the Transport Office who will make a
decision as to whether to take your child back home/school or to
continue the journey depending on the severity and the safety of
your child and other passengers on board.

In the event of any challenging or unacceptable behaviour by
your child, the Passenger Assistant will notify you and will also
complete an Incident Report Form. The Transport Office will

then issue a 1 Letter Notification to you informing you of the
incident and any decision made regarding your child’s transport.
