would like PTS Staff to keep a written record of your child
whilst on transport, please make a request to the

• When Transport arrives at your home the Passenger
Assistant will phone upon approaching your home. You
will be expected to bring your child outside of the building

meet your child outside of the building in the afternoon.
• Passenger Assistants are not permitted to carry or lift
children.
• If your child has poor mobility and does not travel in a

have to suspend transport pending a Risk Assessment.
• Children are not permitted to take any toys, games,
personal stereo, or such items on the vehicle for Health
