RESULTS
The descriptive study for the items being analysed.
Competencies
There are 14 items for novice teachers’ competencies, as for item no.1-6 regarding
knowledge of identifying computer components and word processing (typing). Item no.7
-14 regarding skills on internet and construct teaching and learning material. The
summary of the result finding from the questionaires were shown in the graph as
percentage and scale (1-5).

Figure 3 depicted competencies of respondents in technology (ICT) integration in
their pedagogical practice. Most of the respondents have moderate to great knowledge
of technology. The respondents mostly at scales 4-5. Fifty-four percents (54%) of the
respondent are competent in using technology such as ICT tools.
Frequencies of ICT Integration: There are 15 items for novice teachers’
frequencies of ICT integration in Teaching and Learning process. Most of the novice
teachers integrate the ICT as tools for teaching rather than student learning. As the result
from the questionnaires shown in Figure 4:
