         3.3.1 Management of Environmental Sustainability


         The Company is well-aware of environmental issues and climate change, and is fully committed to mitigate
         the negative impacts on the environment caused by its business operations. The commitment covers water, wastes,
         pollution and greenhouse gas emission, and is in accordance to the Company’s Environmental Policy.  This is
         to ensure that the Company conducts its business operations with social and environmental responsibility, and
         analyzes the potential effect that the environmental issues may impose on the Company and stakeholders in order
         to develop appropriate measures.
