KEY LEARNINGS

                           Design a creative atmosphere

                                 • Make sure that the environment is not overloaded. Less is more: Creativity mainly requires a great deal of freedom and space.
                                 • Use rolling and stackable material. It offers the greatest degree of flexibility in the versatile use of a creative space.
                                 • Stack tables efficiently by putting one on top of another, with the tabletop to the front, so it can be used for sticking inputs and results onto it.
                                 • Try out as many different creative spaces with the teams as possible to find out what influences collaboration and results positively.
                                 • Conduct an initial workshop with members of the management in an external creative space so as to induce enthusiasm in them for the positive
                                    impact of an inspiring environment.
                                 • Change the space, the location, and the environment as often as needed. Avoid spaces that are fraught with boring memories.
                                 • Design not only the space but also the work environment. This includes the processes along with the meaningfulness of the work.
