If the organization has a number of payrolls that have been setup under a Group then 1st Floor, CABS Centre
it would be possible to print the P6's for all the employees, for all the payrolls, in one
step, if the P6's are printed from Group level. See FAQ 'Reports - Consolidate' cnr 2nd Street / Jason Moyo Avenue
ITF36 Harare
Employees that had income but did not have PAYE or Aids Levy deducted are issued
ITF36 forms instead of P6's (See FAQ Topic - 'Tax - ITF36')

Manpower Development Levy (Zimdev)
Registration - the registration is done at the same time as Company
Registrations with the Registrar of Companies. To setup Manpower Development Levy on your payroll go to the
Transaction Codes section of this manual.
Exemptions - where the employer is involved in the provision of the ZIMDEV falls under the Ministry of Labour and is a statutory levy used for
following services they are exempted from paying the levy: maintaining training institutions. The monthly contribution must be paid by
the 15th of every month. Delays in payment attract a surcharge of 10% and
· health services - medical staff, dental staff, veterinary staff an interest of 30%.
· education services
· religious organizations

Deductions - the contribution is 1% of the total wage bill for the to process ZIMDEV contributions are given in the FAQ's found under the
month. The wage bill includes salaries and wages, cash in lieu (CILL), all Help menu in Belina Payroll

bonuses, all allowances (cost of living, housing etc), leave pay,
commissions, directors fees, value of free food, rent or electricity paid on Standards Development Levy
behalf of the employee. Unlike the Standards Development Levy the
