In FY16 our objectives include:                  •	 Conduct a Diversity Survey to establish
                                                     composition of workforce which will drive
•	 Ensure Gender Equality is addressed in all        Diversity initiatives
    relevant policies
                                                 •	 Review the Diversity Policy, ensuring it is robust
•	 Develop a Domestic Violence policy to assist      and current
    employees that may require support and
    guidance                                     •	 Training for Team Members on applicable
                                                     policies and topics
•	 Conduct a Pay Equity review and identify any
    gaps, propose strategies to bridge the gaps  •	 Submit Workplace Gender Equality Report
    identified

•	 Develop a Gender Equality policy
