VISUAL MERCHANDISING
The Visual Merchandising (VM) of our stores
plays a key role in delivering an in-store
experience for our customers, in a way that tells
a story about each of our brands, while
standing out in the market place.
Our talented VM teams collaborate with our
marketing, buying and merchandise planning
departments to deliver creative and commercial
product assortments, displays and point
of sale materials for every store
across the Group’s store network.
IN-STORE
SFG is at the forefront of using new technology
to enhance the in store experience and engage
with its customers.
Our City Chic brand will shortly be launching
free Wi-Fi in all stores, allowing customers to
download and access its new mobile app.
Using this app, customers will be able to access
exclusive products, content and tailored offers.
This will complement the existing digital screens,
showcasing latest products, video content and
style advice already in store.
SFG is also trialing interactive screens and a
new mobile shopping list app that alerts
customers when they are nearby products they
have added to their wish list.
