                            WAYS TO SHOP

           SFG is providing more ways for customers to
      shop and engage with us, that suits their lifestyle.
      Online shopping is already firmly established and

        the Group’s online sales increased by 64% from
           the prior year. As well as shopping from their

         desktop computers, customers are able to shop
        through dedicated mobile sites on their devices.
      Click & collect (where customers can order online
        and have their order delivered to their preferred
      store) has gone from strength to strength since its
      launch 18 months ago and now accounts for 11%

                         of the Group’s total online sales.
       Customers are also able to shop from our brands

                            through Ebay and Facebook.
       Looking to the future, SFG is piloting dedicated
        mobile apps and in-store stock ordering so that
        our customers will not miss out if their store has

                            sold out of their size or colour.

                                                                                 Crossroads Fit Bus
                                                                                        The Fit Bus is a pop-up shop where
                                                                                        customers can come and see the brand
                                                                                        and its fit proposition brought to life.
