      Talent Assessment and Development:

Talent Assessment process is a scientifically designed battery of assessments, known as Assessment Development
Centre, that focuses on the next readiness level (potential) of an employee.
Once an employee is nominated for the Talent Identification process, an Assessment Development Centre (Online or
Physical) is conducted for the individual. An Assessment Development Centre is a tool which simulates the work
environment & assesses the participants on behavioral demonstration of competencies required for delivering value
in the next Managerial role. It is aimed at building the leadership pipeline. The outcome of an Assessment
Development Centre will determine the individual’s selection to the Good Club.
Individual Development Plan (IDP): Post the Assessment Development Centre, the selected candidates will make a
customized IDP that address the developmental needs that evolve as a result of the feedback from the Assessment
Development Centre. It will include relevant inputs, exposure & learning required to groom them towards the next
level. An IDP is typically is a combination of the learning theory of 70/20/10 approach.
