SPEED (Superior Performance Execution Excellence & Delivery)
Superior Performance Execution Excellence & Delivery (SPEED) is the Fast track selection scheme aimed at providing a
unique opportunity for front line employees (Executive & Sr. Executive) at Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd. This
program is created with a view to open avenues for Development & Career progression, transferring ownership to
employees and providing them with resources to take responsibility for their own career.
This initiative includes a systematic selection process, cutting edge learning interventions and growth opportunities for
a faster career progression. The Development Plan includes Short-Term Job Rotation/Cross Functional Projects,
Experiential Learning, Industry specific exams, Management Development Program and Recognition. At the end of the
program, basis the evaluation, the employee gets elevated to the next grade band during the performance management
cycle of the year.
