Holistic People Review

      •  In order to ensure a holistic review on individuals’ leadership capabilities and readiness for potential roles, a multi-
         dimensional perspective is important.
      •  The review by Entity Department Heads focuses upon critical observations, based on individuals’ capabilities and
         readiness demonstrated in their daily performance. Inputs will be submitted to CEOs / Entity Heads for their
         review and sign off
      •  The reviews by Group Function Heads and Regional Chief Executives will then supplement and complement views
         of the CEOs / Entity Heads from the wider functional and regional perspectives on the individuals’ capabilities and
         readiness beyond the home entity
      •  The final OPR report, incorporating comments from the CEOs / Entity Heads, Group Function Heads and Regional
         Chief Executives, will be signed off by both the CEOs / Entity Heads and Regional Chief Executives before
         submitting for review by the Group CEO
      Target Positions Covered

      The OPR process consists of a series of reviews at entity level and then group level, and culminates in the set of OPR
      reports that are presented for final review by the Group CEO.
