Talent Management Initiatives for Senior

     Management


     Talent Talk

     In order to align with the key Strategic imperatives of building and developing leadership capability to be future ready,
     Talent Talk was launched. As a part of this process, the ExCO conducts a holistic competency based assessment of
     the Top 100 key talent at middle and senior management levels. Talent Talk enables the leadership team to get a cross
     functional view of the talent across different departments followed by formation of a personal development plan to
     address the development areas.
     Organisation and People Review (OPR)

     Organisation and People Review (OPR) is an annual succession planning process, which aims to address the
     organization’s leadership capability and readiness across the business by providing a systematic means of assessing
     our current and future leadership needs as well as our ability to meet those needs.
     The OPR covers the following:
     •  Impact of external environment and Tata AIA’s Strategic priorities taking into consideration the Business context
     •  Review the current workforce capabilities to deliver business goals and action plans of each business entity and
        function to address capability requirements
     •  Identification of individuals with potential to advance and be developed for key management positions
     •  Identification of common leadership development needs and action plans
