Talent Engagement & Recognition:
      The Good Club, an Industry Best Practice today, was conceptualized in the Year 2014 to create a platform for engagement &
      recognition. It is an Annual event conducted to build visibility of the Hi-potentials with the leadership team & provide powerful
      insights as a key area of leadership grooming. Career Planning is an area of focus during the Conclave, wherein the Hi-potentials
      engage in a one – to -one discussion with their Career Guides to articulate a futuristic perspective of their Career & Growth plans at
      TATA AIA.
      Career Development Plan (CDP): A Career Development Plan records the Short Term and Long Term aspirations of the hi-potential
      employee. The employee is expected to have a discussion with his Career Guide and puts in place an action plan required to grow and
      develop in the career.

      Projects and assignments:
      A key aspect of the development plan is that the Good Club members are involved in critical projects at an organizational level as and
      when required.
      Unleashed to Lead – Development Journey:
      The Unleashed to Lead Program is a specially designed personal mastery program for the Good Club members in the Junior
      Management cadre which aims to make them future ready for the organization. The program consists of a series of initiatives
      designed to boost personal impact and functional effectiveness, based on the organizational competency framework.
      Learning for Leaders:
      Learning for leaders is a knowledge sharing series on a monthly basis to broaden the horizon of the Talent
      pool by providing them with insights & articles from varied & diverse backgrounds, which aid capability
      development in order to build a futuristic perspective.
