Talent Management Process @ TALIC is a structured procedure to identify and develop employees with high
potential who will be groomed and given opportunities to prepare themselves for senior & critical roles in the
organization. Employees who clear the process successfully will become members of the Good Club; which is a pool
of high-potential employees.

Talent Nomination:
Performance Appraisal process focuses on the performance of employees for the respective financial year and
rewards High-Performing employee. The Talent Management process aims at identifying employees with High
Potential who will be benefitted with developmental opportunities, challenging projects / assignments and would be
given senior / critical roles to handle.
The Talent Identification process commences during the end of the Annual Appraisal cycle every year. It is an online
process wherein, the employee is nominated by his/her Manager. The list undergoes validation as per the eligibility
criteria mentioned below and inputs from Functional Heads and Zone HR are taken in the form of an offline
nomination process. This approach ensures maximizing participation of employees in
the Talent Management process.
