Fall Bazaar Wrap Up
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to all of you who were instrumental in pulling together the Fall Bazaar on Septem-
ber 14. It was a great day for fun, good food, unique and interesting objects to purchase, and for community. The

following Sunday, Pastor Marc asked about recent “community” that we had experienced. Saturday definitely filled
the bill: it was a wonderful day to come together with the “body of Christ,” those we already knew as well as the
new friends we met. What a way to share the love of Christ and support an SUMC ministry! There were over 200
people coming through our doors in addition to thirty vendors and countless volunteers. $3,550 was raised, which
will give 90 families a Thanksgiving food basket. Let's keep this fire in us burning to reach out to our community!

Please pray about your involvement in the Thanksgiving basket project. We need leaders and workers to feed local
families and share the love of Jesus with them. Contact the church office as soon as you feel God moving you to help
co-lead this project. You don't want to miss out on an opportunity to let God use you!
