Site Supervisor
Explaination
➢In the construction business, a site supervisor is responsible for managing and instructing
site employees, as well as defining team goals, resolving difficulties, and much more.
Role
➢ In general, a site supervisor's job include managing and supervising a construction site in
compliance with health and safety regulations. The site supervisor is responsible for assessing
hazards, determining risks, conducting frequent inspections, and maintaining a safety
programmed.
Responsibilities
➢ Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
➢ Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
➢ Assessing and managing safety hazards.
➢ Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
