      Consultant’s team




     Role

     ➢ To create an initial report on the projects they're working on, consultant team leads examine
     background paperwork, project documents, financial reports, and so on. They gather information
     through interviews, research, and surveys in order to provide ideas that aim to create a

     welcoming atmosphere for everybody.



     Responsibilities

    ➢Conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the business.
    ➢Analyzing statistics.

    ➢Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them.
    ➢Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies.
    ➢Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing.






     Contractor’s team





    Role

    A contractor is in charge of designing, directing, executing, overseeing, and inspecting a
    building construction project in general. Contractors carry out their responsibilities by

    organizing operations, overseeing employees, and ensuring that the project complies with local
    regulations and laws.





     Responsibilities

    ➢Project Planning Responsibilities. Plan important project development and implementation in
    advance.

     ➢Project Management. Manage the budget for the completion of construction activities.
    ➢Project Monitoring.
     ➢Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities.

    ➢Health and Safety Responsibilities.
