CURES:
a) Do not put feet on the tables and benches
b) Do not throw gum on the floor
c) Do not leave open cans in the refrigerator
d) Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
e) After eating put trash in the trash cans and empty cans in the "cans only" containers
f) Wipe off the table

This can be accomplished but it will take everyone to do his or her part.
4. ELEVATE (DOCUMENT IMPROVEMENT)

FOLLOW UP - Step 4. ELEVATE - Monitor our progress. The constraint form was passed
out to employees and posted on the break-room bulletin board. If the situation did not
improves to a satisfactorily level? Then, the constraint was further ELEVATED by giving the
responsibility to break-room cleanliness to each shift supervisor during their shift. This
additional step was necessary in order to successfully cure this constraint.
