Drill/Training for “Inactivating Clients”:


            1.   Why do we do this procedure?  Why this way?  Why quarterly?
            2.  What would happen if we didn’t do this procedure?  Did it differently?  Only did it yearly?
            3.  Show your trainer how you print the list.  Do the search.  Don’t actually print it during training.
            4.  What kinds of clients should NOT be inactivated?
            5.  What happens if clients are inactivated but should not have been? For the pet?  For the client? For us?
