                                     “Due to inclement weather, we will be closing at (time) pm, today, (Month, Day,
                                     Year).  If you have a pet at our facility and cannot pick up, we will make sure
                                     he/she has appropriate accommodations and is cared for at no additional cost.

                                     If your pet has an emergency while we are closed please contact:

            1.  In your own words describe how you decide or when you may decide to close early or open late.
            2.  When do you notify the staff and clients?  How for each?  Can you notify earlier than that?
