WHEN to Respond: DAILY on the days the CC works. If CC is out of the office, he/she reviews and
respond the day of your return to ALL previous reviews not yet responded to on
ALL the sites listed above.
How to Login: To reply to a Demandforce review:
1. Click the REVIEWS tab at the top of your Demandforce portal.
2. Select the MANAGE link next to the review you’d like to reply to.
3. Write your response to the review in the BUSINESS COMMENTS section.
4. Click SUBMIT button. Clicking this button will post your reply right away
and you are not able to change it once it’s submitted. MAKE SURE YOU ARE
COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR COMMENT BEFORE CLICKING SUBMIT.

Login to ALL of the above sites using the proper login and password and follow
the prompts properly. Passwords are not listed in procedures. They are kept
private.
Drill/Quiz for “Review Responses”:
1. Why do we have this procedure? What’s the point? What would happen if we did not?
2. How often do you respond to reviews?
3. WHEN do you respond to 3 star or less reviews? What do you do exactly? Why this way?
4. HOW do you respond to 4-5 star reviews? Do you ask for referrals in the response?
5. What do you do at the staff meeting pertaining to reviews? How long in total do you have on these?
