        Result Statement:            To efficiently communicate with our clients in order to get them to call back and
                                     book needed visits for their pet(s) that are past due for services and/or
                                     products.

                                     To efficiently “check on” pets that have been seen so that truly feel cared for
                                     without being inconvenienced.

        Primary Responsible Position:  Client Coordinator

        Participating Position:      Doctors

        Past Due                     First Call:  “Hello, this is Dr. _____ from Legacy Veterinary Hospital. We want
                                     know how you’re doing. Please call and update us at 972-335-9292.  Thank you.
                                     Have a great day!”

                                     Second Call:  “Hello, this is Dr._________ calling from Legacy Veterinary
                                     Hospital.  I called a couple weeks back and hope you received my message.
                                     Please call us so we can talk about any question or concerns you may have at,
                                     972-335-9292. Thanks!”

                                     Third Call:  “Hello, this is Dr. ________ calling from Legacy Veterinary Hospital. I
                                     have missed seeing you.  We don’t want to bother you, but we are concerned
                                     that we have not heard back.  We hope everything is okay.  Please call us at 972-
                                     335-9292.  Thank you.”

        DTC/NTC:                     Recording One:  “Hello, this is Dr.________ from Legacy Veterinary Hospital. I’m
                                     calling to follow up with you from the last visit. Please call if you have questions
                                     or concerns at 972-335-9292. Thank you and have a great day.”

                                     Recording Two:  “Hello, this is Dr.______ from Legacy Veterinary Hospital. I am
                                     glad you were able to come in and see us.  If you have any questions or concerns
