3042 - STAT LOG Completion for Client Coordinator
Result statement: By keeping accurate records of our data Legacy Veterinary Hospital can track the
effectiveness of internal marketing strategies.
We keep weekly stats that show accurate numbers for both internal and
external marketing lines out. This reporting shows us the amount of
COMMUNICATIONS we have to our current clients and potential clients.
The goal is to increase the total numbers of communications out every week, at
least gradually.
Procedure: The total statistics kept on the 3002-Client Coordinator Weekly Checklist are
entered every Monday evening into the Excel worksheet under “Internal
Marketing”.
a. From the desk top screen go into “Operations”
b. Client Coordinator
c. Stat Log
d. Legacy Vet Stat Log 20__ (the year)
e. The EXCEL worksheet should be on screen at this point.
f. At the bottom, go to the “Internal Marketing” tab.
g. Enter each statistic in the cell following the headings.
h. Move cells by using the tab key. Some cells will automatically fill.
i. Make sure to save your data by clicking the “floppy disc” icon at the top left
of the screen.
Save the hard copy of the Client Coordinator Weekly Checklist in a binder as a
back up to your statistics in case you entered something incorrectly or there is
any discrepancy.
Stat Log Numbers to Enter Every Monday Evening:
Under the “Internal Marketing” Tab on the stat log enter ALL numbers for the
current week on the “internal marketing” tab, even if the number is zero. Don’t
leave numbers blank.
