POSITION TITLE: Executive Director
SUPERVISOR’S POSITION: Owner
RESULT STATMENT: Achieve the company’s vision statement.
The ED has consistent unwavering control of the practice. This
individual is ultra-prepared. The ED quickly and efficiently assesses and
controls all aspects of the staff and revenue. When surprises happen,
they are a mere blip in the day and do not disrupt the practice,
production, patient care or client service. – Viability and Expansion.
REPORTING POSITIONS: These position(s) report directly to me and are responsible for
producing the indicated result.
Position: Director of Administration
Result: Maintains a properly positioned, adequately-trained staff
that are independently completing their responsibilities.
Keeps accurate records, expanding active client base,
meticulous organization, and financial viability.
Position: Director of Medical Services
Result: Assures all clients have received high quality veterinary
care for their companion animals ON TIME and very
satisfied and are referring others in abundance.
Position: Director of Public Contact/Director of Marketing
Result: To achieve a viable and expanding (up-trending) base of new
clients that happily return for future visits and happily refer
others in abundance.
To also maintain a positive reputation of service in our
community and surrounding areas.
