MONTHLY:

                       Facilities:
                          o  Directly supervises and directs equipment and facilities manager on construction, building-
                              maintenence, and warranty concerns.
                          o  Assures proper record keeping for all of the above.


                       Administration:
                          o  APPROVES monthly Associate Production Spreadsheet for associate’s production bonus for
                                                                              th
                              second payroll of each month and sends to owner by the 10  of each month.
                          o  APPROVES monthly Groomer Production Spreadsheet for all groomer’s pay including 5% bonus
                              each month and sends to owner by the 10  of each month.

                          o  APPROVES monthly ED and D of A Pro Sal Bonus spreadsheet and sends to ED and Owner by the
                                th
                              10  of each month for approval.
                          o  Submits approval for any upcoming changes in pay rate changes based on upcoming staff
                              evaluations.  This will presented with a synopsis with basis for pay change.
                          o  Provide monthly doctor meeting notes and stats to owner at least two days prior along with stat
                              analysis for editing and approval.

                          o  Conduct monthly doctor meetings no later than the 20  of each month.  If doctor vacations days

                              create a conflict in this the doctor meeting can be scheduled as early as the 2  of each month,

                              but no later than the 20 .
                          o  Work with Attorney for Staffing/Handbook Issues and Updates
                          o  Setting up New Vendor Accounts as Needed (Drug Vendors, Merchant Services, Etc.)

               GENERAL OR AS NEEDED:

                       Human Resources:
                          o  Practice remains fully staffed, scheduled, and trained
                          o  Approves or declines approval for repairs or maintenance requests/estimates UNDER $1,000
                              from equipment manager.   Uses good judgment with approvals.
                          o  Submits all requests for repairs or maintenance estimates OVER $1,000 to owner for approval in
                              a timely manner.
                          o  Assures recruiting and hiring procedure is followed (HR 100)
                          o  Assures all new hiring training is complete for level 1 using the RADS system before new hire
                              works on the floor.
                          o  Assures and assists with employee hiring, training, and corrections as needed.
                          o  Employee Checklists – Updating and monitoring for completion
                       Vendors:
                          o  Sets up new or replacement vendor or supplier accounts
                       Administration:
                          o  Assures legal entities are current with secretary of state
                          o  Assures taxes are accounted for and budgeted.
