3. This section may also be some general theme over multiple weeks of training we need to give
the team. If this is the case this theme needs to be approved by the owner prior to starting.
Typically if they are that important it would be a part of our manual so everyone can find it and
apply it…..including future employees.
Resource Requirements:
Staffing: ALL employees (Except those with prior excused absences)
Space and Facilities: Treatment room, Tuesday promptly 12-1 PM. All attendees can see and hear
speaker clearly. Room is free of distractions (barking dogs, radio, loose pets, etc.)
Equipment: Easel with large paper tear-off pad with blank pages available
Supplies: Large multi-colored sharpies, Print-outs for every attendee of:
Last week’s action plan
Staff meeting Agenda
Current week’s action plan
Applicable training documents, procedures, and sign-off pages
Information: Director of Admin or department head with pad or computer for recording minutes and
cash bonuses handed out.
Quantification:
Weekly action plans completed each week – should be 100%
Number of staff with procedure sign-offs (should increase with each training)
All weekly hospital stats – action plans are custom-made using formulas to improve all stats.
